RAMONA'S RETURN POLICY
Each hammock is inspected for craftsmanship at least three times in Mexico and twice more in America. Defects are rare, but if you discover a problem, please contact Ramona immediately.

Do NOT try to fool Ramona by returning a snagged or tangled hammock. She has no sense of humor.

Hammocks are shipped in a clear plastic bag, so you can easily see the quality of the weave and color. Hammocks are tied with string in a "loaf" configuration. 

Once these strings are untied -- you own the hammock. 

Ramona will not accept returned hammocks that have been untied and removed from their packaging.

If you are unhappy with a color combination, please return the hammock for a refund.

If you prefer a replacement, please include $10.95 for return shipping and handling.
